In a quiet corner of a corporate library, I once paused before a wall that bore this quote:

“If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan — but never the goal.”

It wasn’t just décor. It was a mirror.

Years ago, I had launched a training module that flopped. The content was solid, but the delivery missed the mark. I was tempted to scrap the whole initiative. But something held me back — the goal was still valid: empower freshers with real-world behavioral tools.

So I changed the format. I added storytelling. I invited co-hosts. I built emotional resonance. That pivot became the foundation for my podcast series and outreach legacy.
