My journey began with structure. At AVIVA LIC, I learned the fundamentals of financial services. At Westside (Tata Retail Enterprise), I mastered customer engagement and presentation. These roles shaped me into a reliable, high-performing professional—what the world calls a “good employee.”

Then came IBM Daksh and Wipro, where I stepped into the role of a shadow/support trainer for United Healthcare Medicaid on the NICE platform. Under the guidance of Mr. Bhajan Kumar Paul, I trained two consecutive batches, blending process clarity with behavioral insight. It was here that I realized: being a good employee is just the beginning.

Outside the office, I was learning—relentlessly. I became a financial planning advisor, a wealth counselor, and a human behavior expert. These weren’t job titles—they were self-earned identities. I studied patterns, coached peers, and built frameworks that weren’t taught in any classroom.

Today, at Teleperformance Kolkata, I’ve entered the Medicare domain, completing the circle alongside my Medicaid expertise. This dual mastery makes me a rare asset—someone who understands both ends of the U.S. healthcare spectrum. And I’m proud to say: I’m adding value even before my probation ends.
